ALERT: SEC Holds Up "Swap" Definition Until End of Year
I knew it was too good to be true. A couple subscribers inquired to Bart Chilton about the timing for defining the word "swap" in order to implement the Position Limits Rules and got this email from him when asked if it will be done at the Dec 5th meeting:
"Nope. We were going to do it next week, but we haven't been able to get the SEC to agree with our proposal so it looks like it will be on the 20th (of Dec.) or the 4th of Jan."
(via email from Bart Chilton)
Surprise, surprise. Another delay. At least they are getting shorter and shorter! Look at it this way...you can still buy your Silver Eagle Christmas presents while the price of silver is below $1,000/oz!!
Interestingly Bart has added a new twist in that the SEC needs to "agree" with the CFTC's definition as we all know the SEC is totally and completely controlled by the Bad Guys. Then again, the SEC is running into some stone walls when it comes to their backdoor Bankster fraud bailouts!
Federal Judge Pimp Slaps the SEC Over Citigroup Settlement
So what does this all mean? It means the noose continues to tighten around the neck of the banking cabal. Instead of going for the "kill shot" the Good Guys are trying to "choke out" the Bad Guys and maintain some kind of market order as they remove the "bad elements".
My take from the Road to Roota Theory perspective is that the Good Guys are wasting their time. There is no way to partially save the system while removing the Bad Guys. It's all or nothing at this point with over $1.5 Quadrillion in toxic derivatives needing to be liquidated.
I am still looking for something BIG to hit next week so be prepared. Most likely it will come out of Europe but all this saber rattling in the Middle East has a lot of folks scared that the Bad Guys will start lobbing bombs into Iran. Let's hope the Good Guys stop them before it gets ugly.
Anyway you look at it the End Game continues and the Bad Guys are trapped.
In the End they will LOSE and we will be FREE once more!
May the Road you choose be the Right Road.
