Gold/Silver Manipulation Naysayers

Gold/Silver Manipulation Naysayers

Bix Weir

The gold and silver world is abuzz with tales of manipulation and conspiracy as well as those who doubt that there really is a market rigging conspiracy. One thing I have noticed over the past few weeks is that those "crazy conspiracy nuts" are knee deep in documentation, proof and whistleblowers while the "mainstream silver experts" offer absolutely NOTHING to counter the accusations. They are using the "Tin Foil Hat" defense which just doesn't hold water anymore.

Let's look at 3 commentators who have long taken the anti-manipulation stance:

Jeffery Christian (CPM), Jon Nadler (Kitco) and Adam Hamilton, CPA have to be either the dumbest market observers in history or they are pursuing serious side agendas because if the conspiracy was exposed it would significantly harm them.

For Jeffery Christian of the CPM Group it's the fact that the mainstream gold/silver world follows his annual Gold/Silver Yearbook religiously no matter how fictional the data might be year after year. Truthfully, his data has been so bad for so long he has no other choice but to deny manipulation. It's as if his annual analysis consists of calling up members of the Silver Users Association and asking them what changed for them last year and then adding or subtracting from the wrong data posted last year. Garbage in- garbage out. Year, after year, after year he spews the same BS based on last years BS. Luckily the world got to witness just how ridiculous and pathetic this "professional" really is at the CFTC hearings where he couldn't stop placing his big foot directly into his big mouth. I'd have to call it one of the worst performances ever witnessed at a public hearing.

Tyler Durden of Zerohedge.com ripped him a new one over his "Second Chance" interview to disprove manipulation. Cheap shot Tyler...he's too easy a target!

For the anti-GATA apologist, Jon Nadler of Kitco it's a whole different motivation. Nadler actually invented and implemented the gold/silver pooled account programs when he worked for the bullion banks. Just look at his resume:

"Mr. Nadler has extensive and long-standing ties in the global precious metals community and has consulted on marketing and product development issues to government mints (US Mint, Royal Canadian Mint, Perth Mint).."

What other "marketing and product development issues" does he have but his precious gold/silver pooled accounts? I guess there may be a little gold and silver lending going on as well in his basket of "products". Can anyone tell me how to make money with a gold/silver pool that charges less than a 1% fee? That doesn't even cover the insurance on the metal much less marketing, administration, payroll, storage...oh or any PROFIT for all his hard work!

The only way to make money in "pooled accounts" is if you are really in the business of fractional metal lending. Now that's a good business....Sell certificates for metal you don't even have and you can surely make a few bucks. Of course it all falls apart when people who think they have physical gold or silver have to settle in cash because the metal was never there.

It was Ted Butler who exposed the "Pooled Accounts" fraud in 2007 with his article:

Buyer Beware

It's so sad that the most popular gold and silver website these days is Kitco.com because so many "newbees" are missing the real story. There are many much better websites that are actually ON OUR SIDE...like goldseek.com, silverseek.com and 24hgold.com to name just a couple.

As for Adam Hamilton, CPA and his article called "GLD Conspiracy Theories" I think he takes the cake for being an idiot because as far as I can tell he has no axe to grind! He's not trying to save his floundering business like Jeffery Christian and he's not trying to stay out of jail like Jon Nadler...he really BELIEVES that there is no gold or silver manipulation conspiracy!

Truthfully, I've read a few of Hamilton's articles over the years and I find those three letters after his name sum up his entire being. He's a CPA for pete's sake! He's a number cruncher. He follows price charts pretending they are driven by the free market but get's schooled every time by the Banking Cabal because they love to mess with tools like him. I thought about writing a rebuttal listing all the proof of market manipulation gathered by Murphy, Butler, Powell, Douglas, Hommel, Savoy, Willie, etc. etc. to destroy his ridiculous article but it's not worth the effort at this stage.

At this point in the Gold Conspiracy you either believe in manipulation, try to protect and defend that manipulation or you have no clue what's going on in the real world of gold and silver.

I am a proud believer in the Gold/Silver Manipulation Conspiracy and I have been fighting this fight for over 10 years. Here's what I think is going on:
