Chapter XIX: The Best Policy

God: May I make a suggestion?

Me: Of course, anything can help us these days.

God: As you move forward through the transition try to solve problems and create solutions with truthfulness and honesty. Make sure that those hiding the truth are exposed and that there are no more hidden secrets or agendas. When constructing your new systems, make sure that all your new rules, regulations and operations are founded on truthfulness and honesty. It will make life a lot easier.

Me: So honesty really IS the best policy.

God: Yes, but it is more than that. It is simple.

Me: What do you mean?

God: Honesty doesn't require a lot of explanation. It doesn't need thousands of laws, rules and regulations to make sure the system runs smoothly. It is straightforward and you can trust your new systems if they are founded on truthfulness and honesty.

Me: So how can we build honesty into our markets after the crash?

God: Make them transparent to all and make them accountable to the People. There is no need for secrets in a truly honest and free market. Build your new markets and exchanges on an honest foundation and there will be no need for the kinds of rules and regulations that permeate your system today. Nor will there be a need for regulators.

Me: You mean there will be no need for the Federal Reserve, the SEC or the CFTC? Seems like it would give free reign to those who want to game the system, especially in the markets and exchanges.

God: They can't game an open and honest system. Everybody would know what the others are doing and would not allow it.

Me: What do you mean everyone will know? Markets always have secrets and traders have always used these secrets to make money.

God: An honest system would not allow secrets.

Me: You mean everybody would know what everyone else holds and trades? They would know who was trading, what amounts they are trading and how much of what each person holds?

God: Yes, in an open and honest market there are no secrets.

Me: Interesting concept but I doubt that large market makers would agree to have such transparency.

God: Then they would not be allowed to participate in the markets.

Me: Ha! Good luck to us if we try to set up a system like that. They would never allow it.

God: You will find that the old rules they created will be very easy to change once their old system is destroyed. People will understand why the old system failed and be sure not to let the old problems leak back into the new systems you create. The old leaders and controllers of your markets will not be the ones creating the new systems.

Me: Let me get this straight. After the crash we will have an opportunity to create a system that takes away all the bad parts of the old system and incorporate new and better procedures for the new system.

God: Yes, of course. And my suggestion is that when you are structuring the new system, try to base the new structure on a foundation of truthfulness and honesty.

Me: But it's not just the market controllers and regulators that are causing all the problems. Our elected officials are just as corrupt and it's almost impossible to find an honest politician these days. They are basically paid by the market controllers to make sure that their system is not interfered with or shut down. The politicians are just as guilty as the market riggers.

God: Then get rid of them and elect new politicians that will uphold the basic principles we are discussing: truthfulness and honesty.

Me: How can we tell if our elected officials are being honest?

God: That's easy. Honesty doesn't require eight hours of Congressional testimony to get to the truth. Honesty doesn't know the terms "I don't recall" or "As far as I remember". Honesty is short and to the point, and there is no need for longwinded explanations or justifications.

Me: "The truth will set you free."

God: And send the crooked politicians to jail.

Me: Is that why the old system is failing now? It isn't truthful and it isn't honest?

God: It became that way, yes.

Me: Let's say that we do construct a new system based on truthfulness and honesty. Will that ensure that it will work for us in the long run?

God: The "long run" is a very long time and like all systems, it will be corrupted at some point.

Me: So why bother?

God: Because it is a terrific problem to solve at this point in time! People are wondering why their system isn't working and I am telling you that it's because it wasn't based on truthfulness and honesty. Correct those problems and move on to the next experience. You will find it very fulfilling and very liberating.

Me: I suppose so.

God: You KNOW SO, Bix.

Me: Ok. I know so, but let's say that we can accomplish putting together a system where everything is open and honest and where all people are treated fairly, what's next?

God: Then everyone can move on to other things that interest them; the things that they really want to do and not have to do. If you are starting from a strong foundation you will find that amazing possibilities open up and are allowed to bloom right before your eyes.

Me: The "World is our Oyster!"

God: No Bix, the "UNIVERSE is your Oyster!" There are no limitations when the shackles of lies and control are removed. You will learn about all that you were kept from knowing.

Me: You mean like the things all those "woo-woo" people talk about: Hidden Technologies, ET Disclosure and Ascension to a higher vibration? All the airy-fairy things that most people believe are just New Age mumbo jumbo?

God: Yes, all the "mumbo jumbo" will no longer be hidden in an honest and truthful system. The time for lies and hidden secrets will be over. There will be nothing withheld because those who controlled you will have been removed. There is so much that will be revealed to humanity that you will find very, very interesting and beautiful and truly astounding.

Me: I'm so excited! It would be an amazing place to live with unlimited opportunities to learn and explore and grow.

God: Yes, it will be amazing and it will be very different from what humans have to deal with today.

Me: I think we are ready for it. I know I am.

God: And so it is time.
