Silver and Bitcoin "Exchanges"
Just a quick update on something that I have been saying for over 10 years...
If you hold your assets ANYWHERE outside of your own possession they will likely not survive the Global Monetary CRASH. This is true for my two biggest asset recommendations...BOTH Silver and Bitcoin.
The silver scenario that I warned of over ten years ago is now common knowledge in the silver community: If you don't hold the physical metal in your own possession then you will likely lose that silver investment when the banks crash. Even the strongest and and most honest silver storage companies will not survive the kind of chaos that will be unleashed when the Derivative Bubble Bursts. It's all about counter-party risk.
AGAIN: You must hold the physical metal in your hot little hand!
The same goes for Bitcoin. You must hold your coins on your OWN COMPUTER with a couple backups that are OFF THE GRID. This fact was brought home in the latest "Bitcoin Issue" over at the largest Bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox. This issue is not a problem with the Bitcoin Protocol but rather the functioning of how the 3rd party exchanges transfer Bitcoin. The structure of the Bitcoin Blockchain, where all transactions are stored and verified, is not affected by the Mt. Gox 3rd party issue. But those "Big Players" in the Mt. Gox Exchange have been affected and it has put downward pressure on the Mt. Gox Bitcoin price which always traded at a premium anyway. Interestingly, now it is putting upward pressure on other Bitcoin exchanges. It will likely be worked out soon but this should be a WARNING to everyone about counter-party risk.
This type of scenario is what will likely happen to SILVER on the COMEX as the CRASH happens. A void of paper buyers will appear in COMEX when the banks crash and at the same time everybody will be trying to get OUT of paper silver and into Physical Silver. That's the kind of price chaos I see coming shortly.
The answer to all these problems is quite simple:
STORE YOUR ASSETS OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM!
IN YOUR OWN POSSESSION!
WITH NO COUNTER-PARTY RISK!
