AMAZING! I sent out an email on Tuesday that CFTC Commissioner Bart Chilton released a statement saying that if the Government was shut down there would be no regulators watching the markets.

Will Bart Chilton and the CFTC PROSECUTE on crimes that are committed today when they get back to work?
That's a question I sent to Bart after I got his tweet and a question EVERYONE should ask him.
BART...when the CFTC regulators return to work will you be analyzing criminal activity that is transpiring while the regulators were on furlough?
Not that they have done anything to date but I'd hate for them to use the furlough as an excuse to allow the criminals to commit crimes and then not investigate after they are back to work.
Of course it's all part of the game...
