I'm sure you saw this spike on COMEX Silver this morning between 7:30:07 and 7:30:19 Chicago time (total volume during that window was 2054 contracts). There was a moment of frantic trading (algorithms), and it's interesting to wonder what initiating event caused the spike. We haven't gone back up yet to see 22.50 again, but it was there briefly this morning. Volume has be lackluster since that spike. Curious.
