SILVER: The World's Greatest Short Squeeze is Upon Us!

I gave up on silver price technical analysis about 5 years ago. It is a tool used by the Bad Guys to sucker people in for the slaughter. "They" can place the electronic price ANYWHERE they want to, at any time they want making timing the market impossible...unless you know what THEY are about to do.

That's where it is smart to keep an eye on the CFTC Commitment of Traders Report. The Bad Guys HATE this report because it can expose their moves if someone is smart enough to interpret it properly. That's where Gene Arensberg nails it in his latest Got Gold Report:

Basically, there is no doubt that the Banksters are heading for the hills in their COMEX silver short positions for a reason.

NOW YOU KNOW WHAT "THEY" WANT TO DO!!

I'm not saying the electronic price has finished falling. Jack Lew is in full control and has no limitation on the amount of electronic silver contracts he can sell.

But what I am saying is that those banksters are not about to let the new shorts out of their new short position without SERIOUS PAIN. As a matter of fact, sellers will be very hard to come by on the next silver rise.

Here's the latest from ZeroHedge.com showing just WHO exactly is on the other side of the banksters attempts to go long gold(and silver). Hedge Funds!

They Better Pray There Is No Short Squeeze...

Well, they've finally done it.

As the following chart of the day from Bloomberg shows, as of this week, hedge funds have made "the biggest bet ever" against gold by taking Comex gold shorts to all time highs.

To their reflexive benefit, we will admit, they have managed to push the price of gold lower, not much... but it is lower (whether with the BIS' assistance or not is irrelevant). It is a different question if the price of gold is low enough to reflect such a record bearishness. But the biggest question is what happens if there is a catalyst to launch a covering rally: such as, hypothetically speaking of course, the People's Bank of China were to announce that it has in the past four years in which it provided no updates on its gold holdings (last is as of 2009), accumulated some 2000-4000 tonnes of gold.

Surely, that would be most unpleasant to all those record shorts, and the impact on the price would be most parabolic. Why, all those shorts better indeed pray there is no short squeeze now or any time in the future...

It is clear as day what is about to happen.

Keep an eye on the electronic game but stay far away from those fraudulent markets.

And don't forget to BUY physical silver on the way down...hint, hint!

May the Road you choose be the Right Road.
